Vibratory Finishing Compounds
The purpose of compound is to enhance the finishing process by
performing multiple functions. Compounds are critical for productive,
efficient and consistent vibratory finishes. Some of the functions include:

• Cleaning/Degreasing
• Soil Suspension
• Lubrication
• Foam Control
• Brightening/Burnishing
• Inhibiting

Normal concentration of compound ranges from 1/4 to 2 ounces per
gallon of water. To control the water and compound solution rates,
metering systems are available. ROTO-BRITE Chemical compounds
not only are environmentally safe, but are economical to use.

Vibratory Media
Proper media selection is essential to a quality finish. Variables such
as size, texture, shape, weight & material composition determine the
surface finish of processed part. BURR-OFF can provide a
